"Showed up sooner than expected"
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived, it got here earlier than I thought it would. The only downside was that the tracking updates were a little confusing, so I wasn’t totally sure when to expect it. Still, everything showed up fine and the fast delivery was definitely appreciated.

"Shockingly Easy to Use"
The website was actually really easy to get through, which is always a nice surprise because apparently that’s not a given these days. I found what I needed quickly, the steps were clear, and checkout worked without any drama. Nothing felt confusing, so overall it was a simple and smooth experience.

"Certificate looked really nice tbh"
The certificate looked great IRL. The paper was nice and thick, and the print quality came out really clean. No complaints lol

"Checkout was confusing and way too much hassle"
I tried ordering a star gift, but the whole checkout process was just frustrating. Random extra options kept popping up, and I couldn’t tell what was actually included anymore. The price also kept creeping up more than I expected. On top of that, I had to keep verifying things over and over, which got really annoying fast. It didn’t feel clear or simple at all, so I ended up giving up

"Cute gift, just a little pricey for me"
I thought it was a nice gift idea and it turned out fine overall. Personally, I’m a bit picky about getting good value for the money, so it felt slightly expensive for what it is. Still nice, just not sure I’d pay that much again

"My name was spelled wrong"
I was excited to get this because I always like personalized stuff—maybe too much, honestly, but when it arrived, my name was spelled wrong. The rest of it looked okay, so at first I thought maybe I had missed something when ordering, but nope, the customization just wasn’t accurate. Kind of disappointing since that was the whole point of buying it.

"Refund was, honestly, such a hassle"
I ordered by mistake and reached out quickly, thinking it would be simple enough to fix. But yeah, it ended up taking forever to get any clear answer, and most of it was just back-and-forth emails that didn’t really go anywhere.
I asked for a refund, but it kind of felt like they kept avoiding the actual issue. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, it never really got sorted out, and I was annoyed by the end.

"Good support, just took a bit"
I reached out with this question I had, and they got back to me quickly. It took a minute to get everything sorted, but they helped with that and it all worked out fine.
